The reservation process was simple and everyone i encountered on the phone and at the location was friendly and helpful. On 8 25 about 2 hrs after renting the rv we had called to complain about the noise with microwave. Cruise america has 4 rv rental options to offer large standard compact and truck camper. We had rented an rv from cruise america thinking that it is a big company and has good customer support.

Normally i am not one to write a review however after travelling recently i found myself relying on reviews and therefore thought i should write a review on cruise america especially as it was my first time renting an rv and is very tricky to work out all the expenses before you go. We rented a standard rv from cruise america at the temple ga location for the dates of 7 17 2020 to 8 8 2020. I would highly recommend taking an rv road trip down to the florida keys but renting an rv from cruise america is not something i would recommend. And indeed even though they do offer rvs of different sizes for rental they only have a couple of thor majestic class c motorhomes which are basically reinforced variants of thor four winds rvs. Stay away don t rent from cruise america do not.
